Private Client Manager (Personal Insurance & Autopac – Manitoba)

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Type: Full-time

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a client-focused Private Client Manager to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized insurance solutions, manage MPI/Autopac transactions, and deliver outstanding service that builds trust and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients with professionalism and care.
  • Process MPI/Autopac transactions, renewals, and driver licensing accurately and efficiently.
  • Review renewals, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Write new home, condo, tenant, and auto policies, along with travel and watercraft coverage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records in Applied Systems EPIC.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in personal lines or Autopac within a brokerage.
  • Minimum Level 1 Agent/Broker License (Level 2 and IWS Certification as an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of MPI/Autopac and personal insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset

What You’ll Do

  • Support Client Managers with renewals, endorsements, certificates, and client communications.
  • Prepare, review, and process underwriting submissions and policy documents for accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients, underwriters, and insurers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and updates.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records in Applied Systems EPIC.
  • Track outstanding information and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless client experiences.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial insurance, preferably within a brokerage.
  • Valid ICM Level 2 License (CAIB, CIP, or CRM an asset).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Applied Systems EPIC and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset.

  • Maintain organized and accurate client files in Applied Systems EPIC.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and retention goals through proactive relationship management.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial insurance, ideally in sales or client management.
  • Valid ICM Level 2 License (CAIB, CIP, or CRM an asset).
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and client retention.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Applied Systems EPIC and Microsoft Office.
  • A motivated, self-starter mindset with a client-first approach.
